Under the current circumstances of COVID 19, most of us are working from home. This can be really difficult, especially if you are used to an ergonomically supported workplace. Over the next three days we will be adding to this post to continue to share our knowledge and stay up to date with our guide to healthy home working. Day 1 - Exercise

Today, our friends at  @orangeboxltd have shared an excellent document on wireless working. This includes exercises you can do right at your workstation from office to home. Sitting for long periods of time can be uncomfortable so put them into practice and see if you can feel the benefit!

Day 2 - Self Care

Remote working can have an impact on our wellbeing and how we take care of ourselves. For some, working in the house works well, for others the change from the office structure can be hard to adapt . Self care shouldn’t be a luxury but an essential part of your day to stay healthy, work efficiently and feel happy. Day 3 - Remote Teamwork
